The rates are for four guests; all utilities, bed linens, bath towels, satellite television, and use of a computer with broadband connection and WiFi are included except for electricity, which is additional, calculated upon consumption. There is also a 90 Euro charge for final cleaning.
The apartment comfortably accommodates four people in two bedrooms; inquiries for an extra accommodation will be considered. The charge for final cleaning for 5 people is 100 Euros. A baby cot can be provided upon request.
The reservation deposit is 300 Euros. On arrival an additional 300 Euro deposit for breakages is required and refunded upon departure.
The minimum stay is 5 nights.
An English speaking management representative will handle guests’ check in and out, and it is at the guests' disposal for any problem that may arise during their stay.
Check-ins are in the afternoon between 3 and 5 pm; check-outs are in the morning not later than 11 am.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior the date of arrival, 30% of the reservation deposit is reimbursed. Cancellations of 29 days or less prior the date of arrival, the reservation deposit is not reimbursed, and the full amount of the rent must be paid.
Holiday check-in/ check-out information
We cannot check-in/out guests on the following Italian holidays:
January 1 (New Year's Day), January 6 (Epiphany), Easter and Easter Monday, April 25 (Liberation Day), May 1 (Labour Day), August 15 (Ferragosto), November 1 (All Saint's Day), December 8 (Immaculate Conception), December 24 - 25 - 26 (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, St. Stephen Day).
